Delivery is made after an order for delivery of goods. In the order, the customer specifies a payment method and a contact phone number. Each valid and accepted order is automatically assigned a service number and the customer receives confirmation of the email he / she has specified. The online shop perfectlux.bg reserves the right not to execute an order made through the online store if the completed customer data is not valid if the customer appears in our database as an incorrect user or if there is no availability of the ordered goods. By email or call, the customer is notified of the absence of a product from the order. The order can be executed even if a particular item is missing if the customer has requested it. The confirmation of the order is by email within the working day. The customer may refuse or modify an order before confirming it.
Delivery terms and prices:
Deliveries are made through courier company "Econt" throughout Bulgaria to the door of the client or to their office. Delivery is done within 1 to 5 business days. In the event of a delay, the client will be notified promptly by email or by telephone.
IMPORTANT: All items are shipped with an option review and test and must be reviewed by the recipient at the site in an office or in the presence of a courier, an online store cenabg.com is not responsible for broken or damaged goods for transportation established after delivery and by courier to the recipient.
General Return Terms Applicable to All Categories
The products purchased by cenabg.com can be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt of the shipment, whether you are a natural or legal person. For a form to be valid, it must be completed within 14 days of the date of delivery of the product.
All returned products must be in the same condition as delivered. Products that have been repaired by an unauthorized person or are damaged by you, those with damaged or incomplete packaging, traces of wear or excessive use, scratches, traces of impact (eg but not limited to - mechanical / electrical shocks). Also, products not accompanied by all the accessories you have been delivered to will not be accepted.
You must return the products in original packaging, accompanied by intact labels, the original warranty, if issued by the manufacturer / distributor and all documents with which the product was delivered.
If the product we ship is accompanied by a gift, when you return the product, you must return the gift.
In case you bought more than one identical product and want to return two or more of them, only one of these products can be opened. The rest must be sealed. Otherwise, they will not be accepted. The return of goods is at the expense of the customer.
- You can return cookware and meals, cutlery, cups and serving products only if they are packed in their original packaging and not used.
All Health & Beauty products at cenabg.com are health and / or personal hygiene for consumers. Accordingly, they may return within the time allowed to withdraw from the distance-purchase contract only if they are not used and have the same packaging as they were received and unsealed.
Money is reimbursed to the customer on the account he / she has specified by bank transfer or by money transfer through courier company Econt within 30 days.
